The Extract Lab ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects, how it's used, and your choices.

What we collect

This site does not have on-site forms, user accounts, or a checkout. Booking happens through Square, a separate service. We do not collect your name, email address, or payment details on this website.

What we do collect, and only if you accept cookies, is:

• Website analytics: pages visited, general location and device type, and how you arrived at the site, gathered through Google Analytics.
• Advertising measurement: when you click a "Book" link on this site, we record that the click happened and pass it to Google Ads so we can tell which ads lead to bookings. This uses advertising cookies and identifiers, and lets Google connect your visit to an ad you may have seen elsewhere.

Cookies & consent

On your first visit we show a banner asking whether you accept cookies. Nothing is stored and no advertising or analytics identifiers are set until you choose.

• Accept enables both analytics cookies and advertising cookies.
• Decline keeps both switched off.

You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of this site. We use Google Consent Mode, so your choice is passed to Google's tags directly and applies to analytics and advertising alike.

Third parties

• Square: if you use a "Book Now" link on this site, you'll be taken to Square's own booking platform, which has its own privacy policy and handles your booking and payment information directly; we don't receive or store that data ourselves.
• Google Analytics: if you accept cookies, visit data is shared with Google to help us understand site traffic. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Ads: if you accept cookies, we share conversion and click data with Google Ads to measure advertising performance. Depending on your own Google account settings, Google may use this to personalize the ads you see.
• Google Tag Manager: we use Google Tag Manager to load and manage the tags described above. It does not itself set cookies or collect personal information.

Your choices

You can accept or decline cookies at any time using the link below, and you can ask us what information (if any) we hold about you or request that it be deleted by contacting us using the details below.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, sharing data with Google Ads for advertising measurement and personalization may be considered "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising" under California law. Declining cookies, or using the link below, switches that off.

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regarding access to, deletion of, and opting out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. We honor these requests regardless of whether we are legally required to.
